The halls
The Museum is located in Città della Pieve (Perugia) in the sixteenth-century Palazzo della Corgna, in Piazza Gramsci n. 1 and occupies four rooms on the Piano Nobile.
First hall
Ancient scientific instruments, minerals, rocks and fossils, shells and "desert roses", educational panel on hemp cultivation, geo-topographic maps, saffron notice board
Second Hall
Herbariums, collection of terracotta mushrooms, images and testimonies relating to the current Pieve area: sources, flora, fauna, mushrooms and dioramas. Stuffed animals
Third Hall
Seeds library, xylotheque, stuffed animals and insects, educational panel on silkworm breeding, touch-screen with historical aspects of the Val di Chiana Reclamation Consortium
Fourth hall
Fossils, minerals, model of the former brick kiln of Ponticelli, notice board with precious and semi-precious stones and fossils of interest in goldsmithing, access to the “Franco Travaglini” Natural Sciences Library - INTRA - Saved Books
